Shipping policy
Eumayco Jewellery ships all packages in a safe and secure manner. Your order will be shipped to you fully insured. Shipping address must be physical home or business address for security reason; we do not send to P.O. Boxes. In the event of lost package in transit, we will work with the shipping company to locate your package and replace the item/ refund if necessary.
Delivery Time
For ready stocks, you can expect your purchase arrived within 7 working days. Pre-order/made to order items will take a duration of 20-30 working days to produce, depending on design complexity and iteration. However we promise the craftsmanship which prepare for a lifetime wear will make the wait worthwhile.

Shipping in Malaysia
We provide free shipping for domestic orders. All deliveries are made on Monday- Friday. Orders can be collected at our Eumayco Jewellery showroom at the below address. Advanced appointment is required for self-collection.

International Orders
We provide global insured shipping with freight rate as below. Countries may charge GST, VAT or Duty Tax on shipments into the respective countries. It is the purchaser’s obligation to pay this charge directly to their local tax authority.

Shipping Tracking
